The location of Agali Houses is unbeatable and stunning. the breakfast was amazing, with a view of the caldera and a variety of European selections. the executive room had lovely beds, a balcony, and a lounge area.

The rooms were recently refurbished and spotless and view of the sunset was one of the best! The bed was exceptionally comfortable and I truly enjoyed a spacious bathroom. Location: the hotel was next to having THE most amazing caldera view and the 1960's of Greece should look like and Fira's town centre. I had quick lunch at Why Not Souvlaki, located walking distance from the property.
Facilities were fantastic, but Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

The location provided great views and was close to all facilities. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The sunset suite was a superb setting and layout.
Small hot water capacity although it did heat up quickly after being emptied. A lack of variety in breakfast. Need some some extra pillows. These are minor though.

Suitable for a wedding celebration. Overall clean and relaxing hotel with supper friendly staff, really comfortable experience. Beautiful, excellent location in Firostefani, close to from hotels to food to shopping, and Santorini in March, 2018. Very good service and great value. Late check out.

Awesome view. Nice pool set up, private sundecks. Very welcoming staff.
The loft room set up is just a bit quirky but not enough to not stay there again.

The restaurant here was good with a view, we both ordered appetising dishes. It was tastefully decorated and had a lounge and a private balcony. The room was a nice size, the location was impeccable central.

Very friendly staff and manager. Our room had a private veranda and a kitchen, so we ended up preparing our breakfast and one dinner at "home". Dining on the veranda overlooking the sea and the caldera in bright moon light was very romantic!
The long stairways from the street and within the premises could be a challenge.

Beautiful surroundings, charming and well-thought out details of the hotel's outlook. Rooms were alright but lacked a little bit of modern feel perhaps to accompany the best part of the apt. which was the outdoor terrace. Overall one of the best hotels with nice public areas for guests to take photos and have a nice breakfast. Fairly helpful staff too.
Quite little to dislike about the hotel, but there was a certain pushiness to use the hotel's boat outing connections etc.

We booked two rooms and the view from our balconies was breath taking. It's better than any photos that I have seen of the caldera. The rooms were spotless, but you may need to ask for a do not disturb sign as the maid has a habit of arriving early in the morning and you feel pressured to move out (this is not a problem if you are an early bird) my teenagers liked to go out at night and not get up until after 11.00am. The breakfast was nice and the pool lovely. The rooms were well decorated and spacious. Fira is about a 10min walk away.
We were never able to get the wifi to work. There were lots of steps but there was no problem with the luggage because they have this amazing man who carries it all for you both upon arrival and departure.
